Simulation software begins with importing a 3D model of a part and generating a robotic program. Paint parameters such as fan pattern and robot tip speed can be adjusted to achieve the optimal paint coverage. The cycle time of the process can be accurately calculated by running the simulation, and a video of the simulation can then be recorded for review.
