Project Spotlight - Robotic Paint System

Check out this video highlighting a recent RTSS robotic paint project. RTSS partnered with Spray Equipment & Service Center to design, install, and begin production on a robotic paint cell. Upgrading a reciprocator to a Fanuc P40 robot outfitted with an electrostatic Graco Finishing Probell.

Upgrading to robotics allowed RTSS to provide better paint coverage to the customer by allowing greater variability in spray patterns. RTSS also designed a custom vision system to determine number of parts on a rack and develop spray patterns for the robots to execute.

RTSS provides customers with solutions to improve their paint processes. RTSS utilizes their team’s knowledge to optimize quality of paint coverage providing significant material savings for their customers.
