RTSS Employee Spotlight

Meet Bethany Nowowiejski. Bethany is the amazing president and co-founder of Robotic Technical Support Services, Inc.

Bethany enjoys many things including: starting a successful robotics company, building a company culture founded on integrity and hard work, and chasing around chickens in her backyard with her kids

Bethany's route to working in manufacturing automation was an unconventional one, she completed her secondary math education at Missouri State University in her hometown of Springfield Missouri, and went on to teach high school algebra in Phoenix City Alabama.

In 2012, desiring new career opportunities, Bethany co-founded RTSS. Bethany uses her administrative and financial skills to lead and grow RTSS along with her husband Joseph Nowowiejski of 17 years, who focuses on sales and engineering. She thoroughly enjoys her role and being able to tackle each day’s unique challenges with her incredible team.

In Bethany's spare time you can find her running her 10 and 12 year old children to various activities, spending time with her husband of 17 years, doing chores on her hobby farm, and being involved in Bible Study Fellowship.
