RTV Adhesive Sealant Dispense System
This RTV adhesive sealant dispense robotic application employs a Fanuc LR Mate 200iD/7L robot, Graco Ultralite Dispenser, Fanuc DCS safety software, and safety sensors. Designed for flexibility, it includes three part stations: an oil pan station and two valve cover stations. Part detection sensors enable operators to load the necessary parts, and the system automatically identifies which parts to work on, resulting in improved bead quality, material savings, and a flexible workstation.
